Yes, Nikita has in fact become his own job title. With a background in tinkering (he built a still in his back yard at the age of 12), Nikita takes responsibility for all hardware repairs in the shop. He can disassemble laptops with a precision and speed that makes other technicians slightly dizzy. Frequently people come to our shop with outrageous quotes of hours upon hours to do hardware work that Nikita can knock out in 15 minutes. He also repairs all of the xBoxes, iPhones, PlayStations, and other pieces of not-exactly-computer hardware that we repair.
