What Areas Do You Service?
We service the greater Portland metropolitan area. This includes Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Tigard, Milwaukie, Banks, Gresham, Maywood Park, northeast Portland, northwest Portland, southeast Portland, southwest Portland, downtown Portland. Basically, anywhere within 20 miles of the city of Portland is our jurisdiction.
What Can You Repair?
We can repair all PC brands (including Dell, HP, Gateway, Toshiba, Compaq, Acer, Asus, and everything else) of laptops and desktops.
Where is Your Shop?
We provide on-site computer repair services to all of our customers. We will fix your computer at your home if it at all possible, or pick it up and bring it back for shop work if necessary. Dropping into the shop without first calling is not the fastest way to get your computer fixed. Please call first.
What are Your Hours?
We are open all day, every day, from when I wake up until when I go to bed. Usually about 7 AM to 11 PM. Our technicians work all hours, and there is no extra charge for weekend or night time appointments.
How Soon Can You Be Here?
We can get a technician to your house the same day you call or whenever it is convenient for you on another day.
What is Your Rate?
We charge $70/hr for all of our services. There are never any extra fees of any kind. Of course, if you need a new laptop screen or similar, we do have to charge you for that, but we do not markup our hardware. The price you pay is the price we paid.
