You can call us, day or night, at (503) 282-5185. We have two phone lines, so usually you will get a highly trained technician on the line. However, if you do get the machine, don’t worry: leave us your information and we will call you back very quickly, almost always within the hour.
If the phone isn’t your thing, you can e-mail us by filling out this e-mail form (we use the form to stop spammers from getting their hands on our e-mail address). We respond to e-mails as soon as we get them, usually within a few hours.
Finally, if you are into the “old school” methods of communication, you can send us a letter! Nobody has ever done this, but Zac loves mail, so we promise to be very appreciative and respond immediately if you go this route.
