You can call us, day or night, at (503) 282-5185. We have two phone lines, so usually you will get one of the owners (either Zac or Zia) on the line. However if you do get the machine, don’t worry: leave us your information and we will call you back very quickly, almost always within the hour.
If the phone isn’t your thing, you can e-mail us by filling out this e-mail form (we use the form to stop spammers from getting their hands on our e-mail address). We respond to e-mails as soon as we get them, usually within a few hours.
Finally, if you are into the “old school” methods of communication, you can send us a letter! Nobody has ever done this, but Zia loves mail, so we promise to be very appreciative and respond immediately if you go this route. Letters can be sent to Happy Hamster Computers, 621 NE Monroe, Portland, OR, 97212. We regret that we do not accept carrier pigeons at this time.
